Action is always required

All strong leaders have to be prepared to take action at all times. Successful educational leaders do not wait for change to happen around them, they actively pursue change, and they take action as and when required. If you are not focused on taking action, then you will not be the leader that lasts the test of time, and you will actually be a leader that is stagnant and possibly not well respected. When you know that action will always need to be taken, you can start to make positive changes that will impact your leadership style and approach. The Approach You Take Matters

You have to watch for cues, and you have to listen to feedback. If you are not attentive to the needs and wants of your employees, then how can you be a successful leader? All leaders need people to look at for inspiration. This is how you are able to change, grow and develop.
